We're melting!

Here in the city, it is in the upper 90s, so definitely NOT husky weather! We are getting out to walk at 6 AM and then we stay in the house in the AC until after the sun goes down, and then we get our evening walk, and even then, it's still too hot! Make it stop!

"This July is crazy hot! Even I would
welcome a cooling thunderstorm!"

"Why couldn't I have been adopted by
someone who lives in Alaska, instead of this HOT city!"

Oh dear, you poor guys. Gail and I always feel sorry for our husky friends who live in places where it gets too hot in summer. This is NEVER a problem in Scotland. Especially not in Aberdeen, where the North Sea keeps it cool in summer even on the rare occasions when temperatures rise into the 80s inland. You should come and visit some time!

BOL - wouldn't it be great to live in Alaska? It has been brutally hot here too. No big walks at all. But we had rain today that has cooled things a bit. The heat is back by the end of the week.
