Guilt trip!

We both have been super annoyed at our Mom and her stupid work lately. We understand that expensive food and treats don't grow on trees, but really! It is the BEST time of the year for beautiful walks! So a few days ago, we gave her the sad puppy dog eyes and guilted her into a long walk to our favorite swimming hole!

"So chilly! And I can swim without
my poofy tail getting dunked!"

"Shhhhh Kiki, I'm fishing here!"

Anyway, it was a great way to spend an afternoon...and we think we will try to pull the same guilt trip on mom this weekend!

A very special friend!

You all know that I LOVE all my kitty friends in the neighborhood. But lately there has been a new friend hanging out on our street that everyone has been talking about, Calico Kitty! She is friendly, visits everyone's porch and even hung out in our back yard for a bit!

"You are super pretty Calico Kitty!"

"I can find you anywhere, so there is no use hiding!"

Anyway, turns out that Calico Kitty maybe was a little TOO friendly and will be having kittens soon, so a nice lady took her in to foster her and her new family. We will miss you Calico kitty, but winter is coming so it probably all worked out for the best!
