Kiki here! While we are happy for a new year, why does it have to be so loud? Some folks around here got a jump on the fireworks last night, even BEFORE the new year! Needless to say, I will be looking for some comfort tonight, or a REALLY special treat to soothe me!

Our Dad is planning to watch a marathon of old episodes of The Twilight Zone. We are hoping he can drown out the fireworks with the eerie sounds from the TV.
