More snow!

No, we didn't have any more snow, but here are some more photos of our BIG storm the other day! It's starting to really melt now, which makes us sad but our mom a little happier! Here's why:

This was mom's car. (It's dug out now, and the humans
on the street had to dig out the whole street...no snowplow!)

This was such a great walk,
with the wind and snow in our fur! Ahhhhh!

"I belong in the middle of the street!"

"That's nuthin' Kiki! I'm lying in the middle
of the street! So cold and frosty!"

So much fun!

Here in the city, we had a massive snowstorm that was the biggest snow total ever! 29.2" was the official measurement! We are just calling it the best day ever! We have lots of pictures as you can imagine, so we may do a few posts in the next few days as our mom isn't going anywhere anytime soon, unless she is using us as a sled dog team! Here is our day in a few shots!

"Here we are when we woke up to go out back to potty!

"Then we took our first (of many! Woohoo!) walks to
the park. I had to stop and admire the beauty of it all!" 

"Ahhhh, so frosty on my furry tummy!"

"What are those things behind me?
Cars that will not be going anywhere!"

"Now the roads belong to us! This was the best day ever!"

"Hurry up blizzard, we can't wait!"

Here in the city, we are in the bullseye of the big storm! Our mom says she has dog food, cat food, and a new box of wine, so bring it. (We think she should also make sure she's got her snow boots ready, cuz this is what we were born for! Woohoo!)

"What's this on my head Nala? I don't recognize it!"

"Snow, Kiki, snow."
(My sister, all beauty, no you-know-whats!)

So bored.

Winter is supposed to be our Mom's slow time for her stupid work, but not this year. Darned clients. So instead of super long walks out in the chilly weather, we are instead doing super long naps. We don't usually sleep on Mom's bed, much less together on her bed, but we think maybe this time it's warranted.

"Hey Kiki, give me some space here!"

"And lets shed LOTS on Mom's bed just for spite."
"I'm on it Nala!"

Herding cats.

Happy New year to all our blogging friends! The new year has been a little crazy around here for our Mom. Not only is she watching our cousin Opie for 2 weeks, our friend Agnes is staying for a few days also! Needless to say, our mom is not coordinated enough to walk 4 dogs at a time so this is how our walks shake out:

"Us older gals go first!"

"We go further than the young ones,
so we deserve a little rest!"

"We may be the second string,
but we have no time to pose when we are strolling!"

Dinner time is far less organized:

"This is where the "herding cats" thing comes in,
right, Mom?"
