I'm thankful!

For getting to be this dirty!
Yeah, it doesn't get any better than this. Hope you all have something to be thankful about! I know Nala and I sure do!

Best Day Ever!

Park ball! I am so happy!

Feel the chill!!!
Yesterday it was so cold here---in the 20s with wind chill in the teens! So our mom decided to take us to the dog park so we could run off a little of the husky crazy! We ran and played and sometimes we just put our noses to the wind to smell the arctic chill. Nice! Then we took a hike in the woods. Could that day have been any better? Well, more treats would have been nice.

All My Kitties, Part 1

C'mon Evil Cat, it can't be all that bad.
Kiki here, and today I start a series that will go on until the end of time, my eternal quest to make all the cats in whole world, or at least my part of the world, my friends. Unfortunately, they do not seem to want to cooperate. This kitty, Evil Cat, has been hanging around the neighborhood for over 10 years. He or she (who knows and who cares, I love them all!) is very evil and unkind when I offer my friendship. But I am undeterred. I will make him my buddy!

As the days grow colder and shorter, Nala and I feel the need to scarf great quanities of grass. And we don't even hurl! What's up with that? Our mom like to think that somewhere in the back of our primordial animal brains we know winter is coming and we've got to get while the getting is good. Little does she know that we just crave a salad from time to time.

Sunday funday!

Hey Nala! Wait up!
Here in Baltimore, it was a beautiful fall day, sunny and cool with a great breeze...could it finally be a cold Canadian air mass? I hope so! And what made the day even better was that our best friend Aggie the puggle was walking with me. We are tethered, but Nala gets to be free, because she comes when she is called. She's half something NOT husky, because we huskies would NEVER be so dog-like as to come when called!

How am I going to lose weight with all this napping?

I do not need all this beauty sleep...look at me!
I'm stunning already.
We are so bored with the turn of events around here. All Mom does is work, work, work and leave us sadly neglected. Sure, someone's got to earn the money to buy us kibble. And we still get our walks but what happened to all our extra playtime? Grrrrrr, we hate capitalism.
